Confidentiality agreements are signed every day of the week in the government, private corporations, businesses, trade deals, mergers, and a whole host of other things, are all of those guilty of not being innocent as well?

Actually he did consider it unwelcome, he's just not freaking out about it like everyone else as he doesn't seem to consider it that big of a deal.
