Deathstrike. Can't put her down with the weapons he has. It'd be a somewhat long fight due to Killmonger's skill, speed, and armor, but she'd win eventually.

Well, it's definitely a better fight than BP vs. Wolverine. But unless Deathstrike's claws can penetrate BP's suit, I don't see how she can win.

None can actually finish the other.

She's not knocking him out while the suit is on. But he could knock her out since he's as strong as Panther, who is roughly a super soldier and can casually flip a car on it's side among other things. Plus his shockwave could do it as well.

Agreed with this. Whether or not she can cut through his armor (she can't), he KOs her relatively easily. She puts up a better fight than Wolverine but still not near enough.

Could maybe decap her? Not sure if vibranium will work on adamantium

Maybe not, but he could theoretically choke her out or dislocate her joints. Then he could also knock out her with enough blunt trauma.
