Deathstroke (Arrow) vs Harry Osborn (Spiderman 3)

CW Arrowverse Slade has the Mirakuru serum and his armor, but is weaponless. Harry has his super soldier serum, is unarmed, and is wearing street clothes (i.e. similar to his fight with Peter in his mansion). The fight is to the death or KO.

Who wins and why?
