Yeah, DE Sidious is too OP for Valkorion. Maybe pre-Plagueis death Sidious would struggle modestly against Valk.

I honestly have no idea why some people think Palp needs the storms here.

TBH, manipulating ones perception of time, with Teleportation would make it near impossible for palps force storm to hit.
