I think it all counts. At that point, the gamma energy Hulk was radiating is just a by-product of his raw strength. Similar to how someone like Zeus going h2h still radiates lightning.

I agree it all counts.

I just always thought the impact from their blows as well as the energies they gave off worked in unison to created the destruction. I remember in some parts of the arc he would just be standing full of rage and he was literally blowing shiet up around him.
