It's hard to give you a definitive answer mostly because Beyonder's retcon is one giant mess. On one hand he was retconned to be a cube being (in other cases a mutant inhuman), albeit an extremely powerful one. On the other hand, various handbooks, including the latest one from 2015 Secret Wars, have depicted his history along the lines of his original all-powerful self completely ignoring even his encounter with the celestials which was specifically retconned on panel. Not to mention that an old Quasar issue portrayed him as above the cosmics but even that series was vague since it introduced M-bodies which makes it ambiguous.
In short, id say that it's probably not far above original Beyonder but one can post scans arguing exactly the opposite.
