Well The Challenger Elder was severely hurt by Im. Hulk's punches, The Challenger then proceeded to punch Hulk's face in, which was strong enough to bfr him past the moon (just kidding, but seriously he was out of there), and it didn't put the Hulk out for even an instant, the Hulk actually laughed it off, as if he wasn't even hit. I wonder what would have happened if the Hulk could fly back and hit him again? All damage done was purely superficial, it had no effect on him whatsoever.

I think that The Challenger isn’t severely hurt and Hulk is hurt more that you make him out to be.

Hulk is laughing at the Challenger saying he was the one hurt. It's like a domestic abuse victim cry laughing when they are getting their ribs kicked in as the husband yells about getting hurt.
The Challenger brought the Hulk back to life from his peace, turned him into a weapon and then back punched him into orbit while whining that Hulk drew a bit of blood. That was a laugh of pain at the irony.
