U.S. Military vs. NAP-abiding ancap private police force

The modern U.S. military

vs.

The combined private police forces of an anarco-capitalist version of the United States (without the actual government, naturally), same population and general technology level. They’re placed on opposing sides of the globe and must try to occupy a neutral middle continent.

The military, and it's not even close.

So with technology being equals, and assuming they have the same tools as the military, and training, the police wins.

In combat, the Military tries their best to minimize casualties. Since their opposition is in all shape in form an Anarchist group, they most likely won’t care for civilians lives. So I see their chances of winning, far higher.

If the police force is NAP-abiding, they certainly would not endanger civilian lives, as that would violate the NAP.

Equal tech level, but not training and experience. Otherwise its no longer a police force, but an equal yet opposing military force.

Under that condition, the military would win, as they are better trained and experienced for military combat operations. It's not even close.

...NAP chances of winning would actually -decrease-, as the civilians they’re so so uncaring about would either take up arms against NAP themselves in retaliation, throw their support behind the Military that, while still an occupying force, is actively avoiding trying to kill them, or both.
