Catman has two long blade hunting knives and gauntlet style hand claws. Taskmaster has a replica of Cap's shield and a single-edge sword.

Fight takes place at night on the rooftops of NYC.

Taskmaster, but he works for it.

I'd go with Taskmaster as well. Catman is awesome though.
