Memoirs: How has KMC changed you?

Made me realize I'm not actually the biggest idiot on the internet.

Made me a better debater and a logician. On the flip side, it brought out my inner troll.

When Carver was banned for a few weeks, KMC reminded me what fun talking about Dragon Ball is like.

*chuckles*

It made me a darker person. Just ask JKBart. He'll attest to how I changed from the triggered jmanghan type I was when I joined to the sociopathic edgelord I am now. In fact, I would say I'm about to overthrow Bart like a sith apprentice does to their master.

Additionally, the people here got me way too involved in Star Wars to where I now literally allow my beliefs in the force to shape my life.

It gave me cancer seeing how much stupidity can exist in this world.

It made me re-think my position of "all people deserve a chance at life".

Don't think I changed much -- besides increasing my debating prowess, that simultaneously seems to have coincided with an spike in laziness for me.

Okay, time for an actually serious post. It did not change me nor affect me in any way. I've got to know quite a few interesting people over here, but it didn't change me. It's not like relationships built here are worse than any I've had before, but they are just newer, coming in a time when new relationships could hardly really change me.

I've obviously changed in how I act about the KMC-specific stuff, but shit we do here has no relevance to my other hobbies, IRL/internet ones, and my other stuff. KMC stuff is so autistic and funny in its nature that changing your personality on these forums has nothing to do with your real stuff.

Thanks to joining KMC and the events that led to, my critical thinking skills skyrocketed. It also gave me cancer, which has resulted in me having both of my arms amputated, but on the bright side, I've become adept at typing with my toes.

We are in a similar situation.
