Odin put on the enchantment after Mjolnir refused to let him weild it.

Since Odin still can't pick it up, the hammer seems to do what it wants, and even changed the wording on the magic script, its debatable whether the enchantment is effective anymore.

No, Odin put on an enchantment. After he got frustrated trying to weild it, he threw a tantrum and tossed the enchantment on to ensure nobody can use it if he couldn't.

What are you talking about? The hammer was enchanted by Odin at the end after Mjolnir was forged. He placed multiple enchantments on it. The only thing that has changed is that the Mother Storm can come out and influence the hammer.
