North Korea is faaaar less harmful to the international society. It tortures and kills its own citizen, while Israel gets their nose everywhere.

or which country has had more UN resolutions than Israel? Surely NK has. Surely any country run by a dictator has. Why...if that wasn't the case it's almost like the UN shouldn't be taken remotely seriously.
