Mace Windu vs Yoda

It'd be pretty close. Both sides have quotes saying they're better than the other in both the Force and lightsaber combat and then there are quotes saying they are equal in both categories. You can try to sort them out date-by-date to figure out which ones are the latest and place more value on those, but it's a very close fight regardless.

They both also have the feat of contending with Darth Sidious, the specifics of which can again be argued to weigh the scale to either side, but the feats place them in he same league overall.

Windu takes this. But with difficulty.

Windu's Vaapad isn't precise enough to go up against Yoda. His form is all about wild, aggressive, arching move-sets unlike Dooku's Makashi. He'd perform worse than Dooku IMO.

Yoda wins, pretty obviously. Most sources proclaim him superior, and sources that place them on par are few and far between, and there's also a lot of quotes and feats of Windu that would place him a few notches below Yoda.

He'd give Yoda nice fight, but he'd fall.

All Out - Yoda for a vast majority. But there is that off chance he could lose due to the near parity in Sabers.

Yoda stomps in a 1v1. The only thing Mace can rival Yoda in is defeating Dark Siders due to the nature of his abilities. But yeah if the fought, Yoda defeats him soundly.

Yoda should win soundly in all arenas, frankly. At his best, Mace approaches Yoda in almost all fields, but he's his equal in none.

And yes, that includes their effectiveness against the Sith. Yoda is the greatest foe the darkness has ever known, not Mace.

Legends Mace will put up even less of a fight than Dooku did.
Canon clearly indicates that the Sidious battle is circumstantial via underperformances against Talzin and Maul from Windu.

Wow, Mace isn't better than Sidious in sabers, the fight was heavily circumstantial.
