Lol what? Alisa palms his face into the ground and laughs. He's weaksauce compared to her.

Marv can take Jessica solo, but throwing her mother in for a double team is going to make this a bad day for Marv. Alisa is way stronger than her daughter (who caught an elevator in The Defenders) and is a violent psycho, so she will have no hesitation to try and tear Marv's throat out with her bare hands.

I agree that together that they are stronger than him, but Marv has some serious durability...

He was run over several times and then peppered by bullets and still got to his feet; can they actually put him down?

And again, they are stronger than him together (especially Alisa), but their durability isn't that great; I think he definitely can put them down if he is able to get a few good shots in...
