But even if we call it a Draw, just because Cap intervened to save IMs butt, that Draw was against a massively amped Iron Man.

He wasnt Amp'd he just had more power reserves of 475%, its not like his strength and speed increased 475%.

Lol yes it was.

We see that directly in his first repulsor blast after the amp, how much more powerful and effective it was.

And that was the only reason there was even a fight.

capacity: the maximum amount that something can contain.

His unibeam and repulsors was the same as its always been. It just seemed more powerful to you because he rarely uses all three at the same time.

Watch the films. Just because you say his repulsors were more powerful doesnt mean its true.

ANYWAY, the fact of the matter is Iron Man was amped and still wasn't able to so much as scratch Thor, who was holding back. If Cap hadn't shown up Iron man would have pissed Thor off enough to where Thor stopped playing nice. After the fight Tony's armor was messed up a bit and Thor was perfectly fine. Thor won. It wasn't the best "win"ever but it's still a win. And please, if the two fought now Thor absolutely annihilates him.

The only part of that fight that matters is when Thor casually bends IM's armor without trying. I think that pretty summed up that if Thor wanted to kill IM with his hammer he could have easily caved in Tony's chest. Heck we see it later when he casually rips off his mask after Tony finished with the Nuke
