Kryptonians win but not easily. Faora and Namek still have a mask weakness that everyone in the MCU team have enough power to exploit. Zod has not displayed the kind of superspeed that JL Superman has so he'll still get hit. The MCU team has way more firepower than the kryptonians. And none of the kryptonians have an answer to Vision phasing.
That said, I'm still leaning towards the Kryptonians due to Superman's ridiculous power upgrade in JL... though they'll work for the win.

The only reason Corvus was dominating Vision is because he actually knew how to harm him. The staff clearly was meant to extract the Mind Gem.
Otherwise, IDK how Corvus could have damaged Vision.

Hulk and Vision are definitely not obvious fodder. Hulk has the best pure physical striking feat out of everyone in this match and Vision's phasing plus near indestructible body is not something that can easily be overcome.

None of them displayed the kind of superspeed Superman did in JL. As of MOS, the kryptonian superspeed seemed limited to quick bursts and simple maneuvers. It will definitely be a challenge but it's not like they're untouchable. Namek was unable to get out of the way of bullets after all which means that at the very least IM's, Thor's and Vision's ranged attacks have a good chance of hitting them.
Only Superman showed the ability to actually slow down time and move in complicated maneuvers in continuous time. Which is why I'm giving the kryptonians the edge in this fight.
