From needing multiple Dark side nexuses to revive him, one of which was the Great Temple which has the power to push a fleet of Star destroyers outside of the Yavin star system and cripple them, to making Sadow and Kressh bow before him as a mere spirit with the implication he can kill Sadow from Ludo, to Lukes statement about him, he seems better

Tbh besides that statement, Ragnos is superior to Kun. Kun needed the energies of Lukes fledgling academy to revive him. Ragnoz needed entire nexuses, so many that the scepter was able to spare energy to make non force sensitives into Jedi knight level guys.
