Warpath has a massively upgraded healing factor and his flight returned thanks to Pak. Warpath was already able to compete physically, but lacked the skill. The upgraded healing will help deal with the skill disparity.
This isn't really the same fight as it may have been in the past, and AvX generally shat on the X-Men anyway. Daredevil was deadlocking Warpath with his billy club....wtf?

Yes, Proudstar actually has a HF now... OUT OF F*CKING NOWHERE... and it's remarkably good, even.
And yeah, AvX had plenty of wtf fights, Disney basically wanted to hurt FOX, one could say 😂 But they're still canon, perhaps outside of the final Vs. issue which had fights like Hope vs. Wanda or Jarvis vs. Todd...

That changes all the time.
At his best, his strength was said to be equal to that of teenage Colossus.
At his worst, he was described as having the strength of a dozen men or something like that (you know since you used to troll with that scan a lot).
Recent X-Force incarnation was fluctuating a lot, too... one time, he was strong enough to stop Demon Bear's jaw from crushing him (Class 100 feat, one could argue), the other time he had some trouble with an actual, NORMAL bear.
