Honestly I'd almost say Hela still. Thor would have to try and chop her head off. And she's a great fighter and amazingly strong so that's not going to be easy. The only thing that took out Hela was a cosmic deity version of Surtur with Twilight fully powered....Surtur with Twilight is >>>>>>>SB Thor. Hard to say, still leaning towards Hela. Depends on if she can do to SB what she did to Mjolnir.

I don't know about that...
King Thor was able to penetrate the complete Infinity Gauntlets defenses and impale Thanos...
Based on that showing I don't think its unreasonable to think that Thor is capable of generating enough force to defeat Hela...
Afterall, there are limits to Hela's durability as Surtur is able to demonstrate...

Hela still has her hax healing powers. I have no doubt that Thor can easily penetrate her with his big, uh, axe. But she'll probably just heal from it. The question then is whether she can heal from dismemberment or having her head cut off, because that's what Thor should try and do.

Stormbreaker was powerful enough to fully penetrate the defenses of the Full Infinity Gauntlet...
Once again, all signs point to Stormbreaker being superior to Mjolnir, so I don't think we can assume Hela can destroy Stormbreaker as she did Mjolnir...

But what about the fact that Odin explained how Hela can't be stopped or killed unless Ragnarok happens? She was unstoppable until Surtur destroyed Asgard and her with it.

Hela draws strength from Asgard, thus Ragnarok weakens her to the point that she can be killed...
This fight occurs on neutral territory, so there is no Asgard to leech strength from...

So I guess the question is, can Thor penetrate Hela with his new equipment? After all, he already tried to pound Hela with his hammer and that failed. Then he tried to stab her with his spear, also failed.

Bit we only ever saw hela on asgard. All we know about her "base" form is that she could catch/break mjunmermemermermer, an according to the murals, that might only be because she was worthy.
