Thanos starts the gauntlet with no infinity stones. Each fight he wins he will be granted an infinity stone.

1. Optimus Prime (if he wins he gets power stone)
2. Opimus Prime & Godzilla (if he wins he gets space stone)
3. Optimus Prime, Godzilla & Yoda (if he wins he gets reality stone)
4. Optimus Prime, Godzilla, Yoda & Hancock (if he wins he gets soul Stone)
5. Optimus Prime, Godzilla, Yoda, Hancock, Neo & Agent Smith (if he wins he gets time stone)
6. Optimus Prime, Godzilla, Yoda, Hancock, Neo, Agent Smith & Lucy (if he wins he gets mind stone)

Well, pretty simple. The moment he gets the power stone he stomps all the rest. Can he defeat Optimus though? I'd say yes.

Dr. Manhattan is the only issue. However, as i've claimed previously Manhattan is too overconfident on himself and that leads him to lower his guard.

Thanos just needs to snap his fingers.
