This fight took place right after Slade had been feuding with Deadshot. A fight that took literally something like three days and was inconclusive. He was exhausted. I also have another rebuttal for this that I'll come back to.

dude don't get emotional and smh at you and cdtm, I'm the one who posted the context, the link is right below the picture. And Bats been exhausted as well chasing them and others around trying to stop the Joker/Riddler war. And they have weapons and he took them both out.

He just had the advantage of not dodging bullets for most of it, and Deadshot/Deadpool focusing on each other instead of him certainly helps set up an ambush (What kind of professionals spend more time trying to kill each other then their target anyways, I mean, what if Bats was written by Ennis and decided to blow this off for a fun weekend with his Robins?)
