GL hal subdued parallax-flash. 4 GLs imprisoned parallax. Both Hal and kyle broke free of parallax's possession, regular guardian krona imprisoned, etc... it really depends on the host. Parallax seems to be powerful while in possession of hal, but not others

@xJLxKing (can't quote you): Kyle/Hal did it in SCW. Hal/Spectre did in Rebirth. Sinestro brought it under his control in his solo series. Krona forced it out once too in war of the GLs, or its prelude.

Well it really reinforces my opinion of Groot being a top tier. I mean, he actually has zepto-second reaction time (which would make him at least as fast as Flash), he's also smacked around the elder gardener and subdued thanos physically (which would make him stronger than superman). He has an insane healing factor being able to regenerate from a small wooden stick, and the mother entropy instance establishes him having mental defenses greater than Galactus.
He's a truly ascended super-powered being, and without a weakness to green rocks to boot. 😖hifty:
