In a comic WW would win. WW is a heavily pushed character vs a character who has generally been used to job for years now.
But in an actual forum fight I'd still give it to Gladiator for just being more powerful overall in pretty much every category. At least that's how the character was supposed to be IMO.

It's closer h2h. Some time ago, I'd have ranked him slightly stronger [I believe Thor and Diana are equals, and Gladiator a very slight percentage stronger], but nowadays, she's getting a ridiculous push. Her absolutely destroying Shaggy Man [who was giving the rest of the Justice League a hard time] is ridiculous.
We'll see how she compares to Supergirl next issue [they're fighting there].
