I don't know much about Holocaust.
Can Titania beat him?

No. He's a bit too powerful I'd say.

They say She-hulk is as good as a Thor.
Titania might be as good a She-Hulk.
I wonder if Holocaust needs a setting preference like the German's did during the Holocaust of WW2.
