Its no big deal either way. Draining power gives HM the win, imo, without it he loses both scenarios.

I wondered if in scenario 1 that drowning Namor might actually be a viable tactic. I mean since HM can control his water molecules, he might actually be able to push all oxygen out of the water making it anaerobic - if he is able to surround Namor it might work because Namor needs to breath oxygen from somewhere, though he could possibly escape in time.

Sounds a lot more complicated than just sucking him, though.
