It is well-known that only silver (chemical symbol Ag) can hurt werewolves. Now, individual silver atoms have the outer-shell electron configuration of 4d^10 5s^1 :

This notation means that a silver atom has 10 electrons in its 4d electron subshell and 1 electron in the 5s subshell.
This bodes well for Magneto: the unpaired electron in the 5s orbital means that isolated silver atoms are paramagnetic,

which, in turn, means that they react to magnetic fields. The paramagnetism of silver atoms is, of course, well-known in science. Already in 1922 Stern and Gerlach made an experiment where a beam of silver atoms was fired through a magnetic field; it was observed that the beam was indeed deflected by the field:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stern%E2%80%93Gerlach_experiment
More curiously though, the Ag beam was observed to split into two parts: one deflected downwards, the other upwards. This discrete, "quantized", behaviour could not be explained with classical physics! The experiment implied that the unpaired 5s electron had a property known as spin, which could only point either "up" or "down". We say that electron is a "spin-½ particle" and, as such, a fermion.
The new physics that was required to explain this, and many other at-the-time-unexplained "microscopic" phenomena, was of course quantum mechanics. A systematic formulation of this new theory was discovered/presented three years after the Stern-Gerlach experiment, in 1925, by Schrödinger and Heisenberg (independently of each other). It became the corner stone of modern physics (together with the theory of relativity by Einstein).
Anyway, it turns out that when silver atoms are condensed together into macroscopic metallic silver objects the magnetic properties change! Bulk silver metal is, in fact, diamagnetic and as such react only very weakly to magnetic fields. Silver objects are not notably attracted or repulsed by magnets.
This is why Wolfsbane will win. Magneto cannot throw silver bullets at her.
Wolfsbane is an atomic werewolf. Her power may rival Sunfire who is like an atomic bomb. As her and Anole work more together by Anole showing her physical assimilation when he blends into the surroundings Wolfsbane may have the vison image of how to transform into a more powerful wolf. Think of fenris with an attitude problem.
If she really does access more forms she might be able to turn into an amoeba and create a pack of wolves from asexual reproduction. Or she could become a sleep bacteria to tire out opponents and transform back into a wolf and finish them off.
