If it’s H2H

Juggs has better striking (smashing through that armored convoy/bringing down that highway overpass). Given than Cull was downed by signficantly less (Tchallas kinetic energy, having his weapob caught by Peter) I think Juggs would wreck him in a pure fistfight

Juggernaut owns him. iron man was owning cull. not to take anyhting from iron man, but the way juggernaut punched that convoy and overpowered colossus by sending him flying with blows, i have no doubt that juggernaut will destroy him.
