Definitely Wraith, and for two reasons.
The first is what Carver said ...SG really has very limited feats. All we know about him is he beat Hulk, which simply means that he had the ability to take down a version of Hulk before it got angry enough to amp up sufficiently (many years ago when I did battles - during a time KMC would generally have beautiful debates and the battles were gorgeous - my main anti-Hulk strategy was to simply overwhelm him early enough before he got angry enough to resist physical attack. After all, I don’t see Hulk as a ‘strong character’ but rather as something much more ...a localized reality warper that primarily manifests as strength, which is why he can resist things like teleportation when he’s angry enough. I’d simply use exotic capabilities to blow through him early enough ...I believe I once created a singularity using a certain Kryptonian’s super dense body, near-c speed in an atmosphere that would be turned into flaming plasma, the earth’s magnetic field and super cold breath ...to destroy a certain green character within a second, but that’s a different story. Main point was that the Hulk is more dangerous than most people think, and the only way to handle him is quick and early otherwise he will amp up to the point where there’s little you can do).
Anyway, SG only has one feat, and that is defeating a version of Hulk, and even then in a manner that wasn’t necessarily special. I see it more of a plot point to drive a story.
My second point, and the more important one, is that Wraith is simply too experienced.
The Wraith ‘equation’ is as follows:
Wraith = Superman + more exposure to solar energy + more experience using those powers
He was shown as having absorbed more solar energy (Batman showed that by analyzing the residual solar energy in a handprint Wraith left on a submarine, plus how he would drain clouds of solar heat), he was shown as having developed more powers (he could release energy in a blast that simulated a nuclear explosion, and he had interesting attacks like sonic waves from his mouth ...all of which he told Superman were simply a result of absorbing more solar energy longer, and that one day Superman would get the same abilities), and he was more used to utilizing those abilities.
He was basically a stronger version of Superman (straight up stronger and faster), and with more abilities.
He also had the willingness to use them.
The ONLY advantages Superman has were two - (i) Superman had friends like Batman (who helped him track wraith plus helped make a ring that was a form of Kryptonite to Wraith), and (ii) Superman is a fighter (he remarked that this was a real advantage because all his life Superman has been fighting enemies that were stronger than him, so he actually learned how to fight ...while Wraith constantly fought those who were weaker, and overwhelmed them very wuickly, and thus relied solely on his powers and never knew how to fight ...which is why when they went deep underground where their powers were cancelled due to some plot device, Superman proceeded to whoop Wraith’s ass hand to hand ...)
Wraith would absolutely wreck SG.
For one, I think Wraith is stronger than SG, he’s more ruthless (ask the people of Nagasaki), and he has a lot more abilities than Superman.

Hulk would have never gotten angry enough to defeat Sun God. Banner injected a compound into his brain to prevent that from occurring. Sun God defeated a nerfed Hulk.
Sun God has zero feats against a top tier.
