Too powerful, too versatile. In a featureless environment with a standard distance between the fighters, it's a one-sided stomp.

But Little Jimmy has HF and Plot Armor.

Mandy stands NO Chance.

Mandarin without his rings would be an interesting fight. With them, he stomps.

Well Wolverine would stand down wind and lose sight of the Mandarin quickly. Then it's just a matter of time until he strikes his claws snickt-snackt
