There is no "winner" here, as being more heroic is a very subjective matter and all we can do is compare each other's opinions. We can, however, see which hero gets more votes. I should have done a poll of this instead. Basing from the comments, it seems they're pretty close together.
That said, saying Thor is not heroic just because he attacked Cap is a pretty stupid argument considering that both of these guys have attacked and killed their enemies before.

Cap is the most heroic. Accept the facts.

So you counted accurately did you? How many users are on Cap's side and how many on Thor's? Which users are on which side?

I did a quick count. So far Cap has a lead of 2, and that's considering that both me and Silent are currently undecided. So if I decide to back Thor that narrows Cap's lead to just one. That's a close enough score to know that Cap doesn't have a clean win on this. Just a page prior it was Thor who was leading, which means had I taken the count a few days before then Thor would have been winning.

@Quan, H1 can't prove it. It's a popular saying by DC fans to try to shit on Thor's character. Thor was taking it easy on Iron Man. We know this based on his battles in which he clearly was not holding back in Thor 1. The giant creature he murdered in a second by flying through it with Mjolnir. The way he fairly easily defeated The Destroyer armor without a scratch. Thor could have gone "God of Thunder" mode on IM but didn't. He probably assumed Cap was just as Durable. He was NOT trying to kill him.

1. The pro-Thor crowd brought about as much evidence (or lack of) as the pro-Cap crowd.
2. Quan's opinions are about as valid (or invalid) as yours.
3. It means me and Silent are unbiased enough to know a close fight when we see one and can objectively see the advantages of both sides. Something you seemingly can't do.
4. Your opinions (regardless of how many times you post them) do not automatically equate to evidence.
