Could a darksider cause dark side degradation in someon else?
So we know that Sheev can transfer power into others, like he did with Sedriss and his other acolytes, and we know from Dorsk 81's death that too much force power being put into you, especially if you're using it, can cause bodily degradation. So my question is, can a darksider put so much power into another force user, that it causes them to degrade with the dark side and then die?

Yes! Abeloth and Vitiate come to mind.
Abeloth infused Tola Annax with considerable amount of power, to the point that Annax was overwhelmed and her death caused a massive explosion of energy.
Vitiate inadvertently ruined the mind of Jedi Master Surro whom he had forcibly possessed and was extensively utilizing her for his ends on Ziost. In-fact, Vitiate is credited for ruining the minds of multiple Jedi and/or Sith over the course of centuries who dared to cross his path.
Vitiate also negatively affected the Force abilities and/or well-being of his servants known as the Hands with whom he shared a powerful bond. The Hands managed to cope with such pressures because Vitiate had accorded them 'corporeal immortality' beforehand; they would have perished otherwise.
