Bane is pretty powerful proficient in force lightning, TK, beast control, etc.
Well we all know Dooku never used telekinesis or lightning or friggin beast control. Truly, Bane is an outstanding individual.

Do you think Bane can beat Dooku?

I mean, you can make a case for it. More often than not, though, I'd back the Count.
The issue is makashi is a weakness to Djem So.
And Bane is highly skilled in Djem So. I think he would overwhelm Dooku, like Anakin did.
So at the end of the day I would say Bane, but Dooku puts up a fight for sure.

Bane could deflect every raindrop in a storm I think Bane would best him
Originally posted by TheIndyJediThat argument is as old as time itself. Dooku has never had trouble with aggressive form duelists. He's successfully dealt with both Sora Bulq and Quinlan Vos (legends incarnations) who were Vaapad and Djem So practitioners, respectively.

Dooku lost to Anakin because he was a higher caliber duelist--tier 9. Nick Gillard has stated that differences in light-saber style, physicals, small details, etc only really have an effect on the outcome of a duel when two duelists are on the same tier.
You would need to make the claim that Bane is on Dooku's tier as a duelist; which ultimately comes down to holistic strength in the force.
We know that Bane struggled to defeat Kas'im after the latter switched to using jar kai—a fighting style Bane hadn't experienced before. He was only able to challenge Kas'im prior to that because the pair had sparred so many times before, hence a familiarity advantage.
Bane had to collapse the temple on Kas'im to defeat him as he knew he would lose eventually in sabers. Kas'im was described as being one of the finest lightsaber practitioners of his time; an accolade that could just as well be attributed to Dooku.
Unlike Kas'im, however, Bane would not have the advantage of being familiar with Dooku's fighting style.
