Ebony Maw was the telekinetic that fought Ironman, Dr. Strange and Spider-Man. He never faced Black Window. You might be thinking of either Corvus Glaive or Proxima Midnight. Probably Midnight since you said "she" but I guess you could have referring to Widow there.

Apocalypse had CITY level TK as I said. Shown when he destroyed Cairo and made a gigantic pyramid. Also in the past when he created several massive pyramids at once.

He's also got teleportation, a force field, regen, city level matter manipulation, telepathy and astral plane manipulation, etc...

Maw has literally no way to win as the only thing he does, Apocalypse is far better at.
