Cass has bullet timing feats, yet Slade kept up with her fine, IIRC.

Actually Deathstroke is faster than Cassandra Cain. Slade would kill Elektra but I'd actually agree that she;s a better assassin because Slade doesn't have too much in terms of stealth feats. I'd also agree that Elektra could do well against him if she uses Nightwing style tactics and uses agility to avoid getting hit, abet she'd only be delaying the inevitable.

Slade as well. Armor will make it tough for Elektra.

Slade use guns way more then Elektra. But having better equipment is part of the reason why I give him the win here, although it still won't be easy.
