So I take it no one has had a mid-life crisis.

Live you life to the fullest while you are young and you will never get one.
Midlife crisis = married at 18...three kids by age 21, house and car payments, full time job etc...
Then by age 40 guy looks back and says WAIT, what about me? I did not get to live/have fun (sew the oats) in my 20's...think I will by a hairpiece and a new sporty BMW convertible..that'll make me feel better... Oh and don't forget the gold chains

just enjoy the simpel and the small things in life
those are the things you will miss when they're gone
