Galan's scans had me thinking, what "would" a GoD do if Jiren, or someone as powerful as him, refused an order?

One possibility: Gang up on them.

So can Goku take three of them?

There is no evidence. Just conjecture.

Not for Jiren and Belmond, Whis outright said the former is stronger.
