How are they far more powerful, exactly? Bane's indifference to amps is in stark contrast to Vader's. How was it put? Like 'a rain drop in an ocean.' Meanwhile we have Venamis, someone who gave pre-prime Darth Plagueis an exhaustive run from his money. Plagueis, who by this point I don't see Vader being as powerful as. Yet Venamis is stated to have been more suited for Bane's time. Whose speed feats are infeeior to an amped Raskta Lsu's. Whose lightsaber mastery is arguably on par with, again, Lsu's. Probably not even on Kas'im's level of utter perfection.

Venamis being more suited for Bane's time means that he concerned himself with becoming the best Sith brawler moreso than focusing on obscure force abilities like Plagueis did, or discrete power-grabbing methods (e.g political/business power to rule rather than brute force).
