Was reading Civil war when I saw these two had a brief scuffle

If they fought head on who would win?

Vision destroys any version of Captain Marvel (except Binary).

Vision could trick Ms. Marvel with his voice and go intangible so she slows down.
As the weight of 30 thousand degree heat intangible might be a little to heavy for her the effort should be enough. Intangible heat might as well keep him hidden if he develops enough mastery over it and fires it infront of him self while intangible.
Much like Kitty fading away to nothing from being stuck in her faze power.
Of course one would have to believe that Superheros learn from their lives like everyone else does.

He’s got a hard powerset to counter.

She'd probably punch him in the head and crack it open which recently happened to him. His solar eye beams would just power her up.
