Didn't Colossus knock out his teeth the first time leaving him in a pool of blood and then break his jaws in the 2nd fight?
Second fight Colossus was shown holding his mouth open while Gargan was choking him with his tongue. No jaw breaking. Gargan was also being bombarded with fire that fight by the two people helping Colossus.
Namor went after Sentry alone (initially). Colossus went after Gargan with help.

Heck if Colossus hit him with his fist rather then a piece of concrete he would have smashed him worse, or if he chose to kick him in the head while he was down it would have been a bad day for Venom.

His speech was "halted" in the one panel because Colossus was holding his jaw open and he was wrapping his neck with his tongue. And he was speaking anyway. They just cut out him saying the b word.
