Agreed, but IDK if I'll be picking it up. The formula seems a bit outdated these days.

That said, seeing Vergil at the end of the last trailer nearly made me go out a preorder alone lol. I'll wait for reviews, but I am rooting for this to do well.

I'm really excited to play this. Looks metal as hell.

On the subject of the previous game however - I really enjoyed the prequel/reboot thing. It was a fun time.

V and Urizen are actually Vergil. He usee Yamato to separate his evil and good side so he could become more powerful. When the 2 merge they become Vergil again. Also Nero gets a really cool devil form.

Purchased it yesterday. Despite not being very far into the game, I must say that this title has raised the bar of what we’ve come to know of franchise. Everything is improved.

I really love the settings. Combat feels phenomenal.

Pretty much everyone is praising the game because of how good the fighting mechanics are...

God damn this game is a pain ín the ass on DMD.

Current on mission 10 it takes up to 5 minutes to beat a simple Protoangelo.

DMD in DMC 4 was a walk in the park compared to this.

Though the damaging continue do make boss fights easier.

Good luck going plantinum with this.

Getting S rank on all difficulties will be damn near impossible unless you are a pro...

Not too far in yet, but it's alright from what I've played. It feels like this series has gone the way of Smash Bros, though. The combat in Melee was so fast paced, they slowed it down in the later games. Same with this. The combat from DMC3 felt so much faster paced than this game's does.

I feel like the slightly cut the speed of the game for a slight boost in realism. When I say slight, I mean that in every sense of the word.

Faust hat is OP it can one shot some if the bosses with meteor summon.....haermm

That’s awesome. I’m currently leveling it up.

Have to charge it to max though it takes about 10 seconds and costs 135000 orbs..

Faust is just nuts....

Even the normal blast vaporize any boss on any difficulty under 15 seconds.
