Let's say that that both sides have an equal number of troops. The Vanu have a distribution that you'd typically see in game (e.g small number of maxes, infiltrators; majority ground troops are medics/engineers/heavies)
Let's also assume that both sides have roughly the same number of fighter-craft and heavy ground equipment.

I'd side with the Vanu due to their healing abilities and infiltrators, but I'm open to counter arguments.
