That’s impossible ...strength is something that one can it find a single feat that’s impossible for another herald to replicate.
Strength is simply too diffuse ...unless you mean ‘proof’ by showing an actual scan (some silly people argue for that, asking for a scan showing character X doing EXACTLY Y, which is impossible).
How powerful was he? He was able to tap into the force of infinite timelines and universes with his other half. He summoned characters from across the multiverse including IG users and the Phoenix force and he did it on a wilm. Easily. Also, his presence was ripping through the fabric of space time.

Naturally all of that took no effort for him and it was Hulk that was solely equalling his full power.

You might have a point if THIS scene wasnt shown before we actually seen Hulk. The reason they went to the room and discovered it was Hulk was because that room was generating so much power that Strange thought it was the other half when it was In Betweener using his power to contain the Hulk...
