As seen here, Leo's reply comes after OBMs post. So no, you don't get to tell me that he agreed to your post, without further clarification.

So as it stands, it's me, Damborgson, and Hulkster if a tie break is needed.

If Hulkster says no (I will ask him) then MM will step up as you both agree to him, and he has volunteered.

Also he is quite good but that's by the by.

I don't particularly care who you choose.

What matters is that BOTH contestants agree to the judges, whoever they are.

You don't get to suddenly add (multiple!) judges of your own choosing, without the agreement of your opponent. It's just common sense.
