He specifically states he is from the exact same Daxam as the PRe-Crisis/Post IC Lar Gand/Mon-El in Legion of Three Worlds. YES, his base level is WELL above top tier, as Daxamites from his world were established as being above Class 100 top tier Pre-Death Superman's level in Invasion AND in 'Time and Time Again' storyline through the Pre Zero Hour Daxamite character Dev-Em.

So yeah, Sodam Yat+GL ring+ Skyfather level Ion power hurting SBP is... NOT a low end showing. plus, later on SBP beats the shit out of a FAR more powerful Sodam Ion with the full power of the GLC and TEN power rings, and was beating him along with multiple versions of Mon-El, UltraBoy, Andromeda, Wildfire, etc.

There is ZERO legitmate argument for how anyone other than SBP wins here.
