You should at least limit Magneto to use his Powers only on the forks. And make them plastic forks.

Seriously, flight and forcefields are enough to beat about any number of bears.

Him having 2 forks doesn't negate the fact that he has force-field, energy blasts, HAX skills like iron in blood manipulation, frying nervous systems and etc...

As well as the fact that it doesn't matter overall, since he can just manipulate the trees or rocks or basically any other material like a telekinetic would.

Sometimes Magneto can affect ceramic / plastic weapons, sometimes he can't. It depends on the writer.

Also depends on his power level at the time, I guess.

After getting repowered by HE, Magnus still wasn't at his peak.

You kind of have to do that with the "All Powerful" Characters. Otherwise you can't really DO Anything with them. Other then make them a joke like the Juggernaut.
