I liked the promotional/concept cover better, tbh.

They basically just replaced Vader with Hayden, and replaced Thrawn's Imperial uniform with Chiss tactical gear... But at least the cover is finalized. 👆

Thrawn also seems copied off of someone familar. Not quite Chris Pine but along those lines
