Thanos destroys him. Thanos has no equal. This has been answered at the conclusion of Thanos’ series definitively. I’ve tried telling the denizens of kmc for years but finally there is no question any more Thanos is truly supreme.

Thanos in a landslide. Magus is a joke in direct comparison to Thanos. He’s conquered the universe, he’s saved the universe, he’s toyed with the universe, and resisted an entire universe aligned against his mere existence. Thanos destroys him.

Magus hasn't done shit besides ripping suns like Carver tears aluminium.

That's not to say he would win or lose, but he hasn't done a lot. It was implied he was below Galactus and Warlock compared him to Beyonder. Beyond that it's planet destroying and lesser battle feats at weakened levels.

Basically, tearing a star in half is all he's done. He probably does win, but let's not pretend he's accomplished anything beyond what Thanos has. His average at full power was meant to be that however, and he threated it again when he got beaten back by Colossus/Rogue in a weakened state.
