Even with Mjolnir, Superman would typically be considered more powerful by comic conventions, i.e., if you gather a bunch of heroes together, who would more likely be considered the #1 stunna? Who is typically better at beating people up based on their ability to apply raw power effectively? Who is better at beating people up?
But most 'power' debates break down over semantics: what do you mean by power?

Thor as a young God taught combat in all its forms by the Gods of Asgard including Sword axe wrestling armed and unarmed student became the master long before the hammer.
A human learning a hundred styles over a couple of decades doesn't reach the Skill of a being honing a combat style that incorporates every form of combat (close quarters hand and weapons,long distance weapons bow and hammer throw and grappling ground work ) over Thousands of years not even close.
I have scans somewhere shown Thor matching and eventually defeating his Grandfather in wrestling too the Vikings had a very effective Martial art of Unarmed combat “Laustaok” brutal and very effective Thor was trained in armed and unarmed combat he’s had centuries of experience come on mate he’s a vastly skilled Fighter
He rarely has to rely on it due to being able to shatter planets with shockwaves from his blows and being so durable but he often goes back to Asgard and The Vikings often tested themselves for fun in fights against each other so I’m pretty sure Thor would do the same when he returns to Asgard.
