- high level martial arts
- lots of technology and tools in his outfit
What does Pei bring:
- the iron fist and the abilities/magicks assiciated with it
- high level acrobatics
- high level martial arts
If they meet in random, both wearing civilian clothes, that will mean that Damien immediately lacks his tech and tools, and thus loses one of his main edges (while all of the Bat family are good with their fists, what differentiates them from the likes of Bronze Tiger and Shiva Woosan is their tech and tools ...that’s the main difference between them being a one-man-Army versus simply being a really tough hombre that is hard to defeat).
On the other hand, the young lady would still have a 100% of her capabilities.

What if they have a rematch in costume?
On costume, while Pei maintains her massively powerful offensive attack, Damien gets access to tools that may make it possible for him to win. Eg sticky gel capsules, Sonics, gas and similar.
Without the suit I give it to Pei, with the suit I think Damien has a chance
