High/Low/Average per character

Lets see if this works.
Pick a character, and give examples of a high/low/average showing for that character, in your opinion.

Any tier, any type of showing (strength, skill, speed, overall power, intelligence, etc.)

Curious as to what you guys consider over the top, right on target, and total bullshit for characters.

Pre 52 Obsidian- durability

Low hurt by a lamp all star squadron debut- used ny ultra vs all stars

Average tanled Star girls cosmic rod, spirit energy attack, and Alan Scots green energy in the story where the spirits of Hiroshima were being used agaimst JsA (succumbed when all 3 at once). Yanked the light powered blasts that took out silver scarab in Inf Inc

High took everyrhing up till Alan sckts all oit blast when he soloed JSA. Took both Alan and Kykes attacks

Low hurt by a lamp all star squadron debut- used ny ultra vs all stars

All the shit ppl talk about high and low showings i thought there would be a better turn out here. Ah well!

That's because it changes according to which viewpoint one is taking.

Superman tanking magical attacks? His average to high, according to some. According to others? It's a low.

Flash getting tagged by Deathstroke/WW? His average, according to some, but a low according to others.

No it wasnt. Random lamp picked up by IIRC Atom (Al Pratt) because he thought light might hurt the shadow guy. Looked like one of those lights a mechanic hangs off a bonet to see in the engine

I assume the original intention was to make strong light his weakness, bit it was abandoned. Its still amazing how often that one and only showing of him being hurt by a light source is thewn out in a debate. Especially considering how infrquently he is debated as a character amd how against the trend it was for him.
